GENERAL JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a highly capable Senior Product Designer with strong Apparel industry experience to join our Apparel ERP product team. This role combines domain expertise, business process understanding, and ERP exposure to design effective, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Apparel manufacturing, production, distribution, or warehouse operations and must have worked with ERP systems to manage and optimize business processes. The candidate will be responsible for understanding and clarifying functional requirements, translating them into structured product specifications, troubleshooting functional issues, and supporting robust validation using AI-enabled testing techniques. This role requires strong communication skills to collaborate with global stakeholders, customers, engineering, and QA teams, ensuring high-quality product delivery aligned with market needs. 3. SCOPE  Apparel ERP product functional design  Business process analysis (Production, Distribution, WMS)  Requirement elicitation and clarification  Functional troubleshooting and validation  AI-assisted test design and validation  Customer and stakeholder engagement (global)  Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and QA 4. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ·  Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from global customers and stakeholders. ·  Translate business requirements into structured functional specifications and design documents. ·  Understand end-to-end Apparel processes including production planning, shop floor execution, distribution, and warehouse management. ·  Leverage prior ERP exposure to optimize functional workflows within the product. ·  Clarify ambiguous requirements through structured discussions and documentation. ·  Troubleshoot functional issues reported by customers or internal teams. ·  Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of functional requirements. ·  Design comprehensive test scenarios using AI and automate them using AI. ·  Effectively use AI tools to design, simulate, and validate functional test cases. ·  Validate product workflows to ensure alignment with real-world Apparel operations. ·  Participate in customer discussions, demos, and feedback sessions. ·  Support continuous product improvement initiatives. ·  Ensure high functional quality and usability of Apparel ERP features. 6. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Education (Indicate the minimum level of education necessary for this position.
