About the role

As our new Senior Product Owner, you’ll own the end-to-end acquisition and onboarding journey, helping shape how future members first experience CareSuper. Reporting to the GM Member Experience, you’ll translate strategic priorities, member insights and business goals into clear journey roadmaps, prioritised backlogs and actionable delivery outcomes. You’ll work closely with Experience, Brand, Digital, Product and delivery teams to create seamless, measurable and member-led outcomes across the journey.
