About the Assignment You will work in an automotive R&D environment within Product & Quality, supporting the next generation of connected and human-centric car technology. The assignment sits within an Infotainment software factory where the focus is to make CI/CD health, performance, and execution insights transparent and actionable. In this role, you will be Product Owner for two teams: a data engineering team building the data foundation for next-generation CI, and an operations integration team that monitors CI domains and analyzes executions to surface issues and create value for users and stakeholders. Job Description Improve system observability by identifying monitoring gaps and introducing metrics that reflect CI system health and performance. Collaborate with developers to define and maintain KPIs, SLIs, and SLOs for core CI services. Drive automation of monitoring, alerting, and operational workflows to improve reliability and reduce manual work. Build and evolve dashboards and visualizations to make reliability and performance insights accessible. Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across observability and monitoring data sources. Own and evolve data-driven products, aligning outcomes with stakeholder needs and business goals. Drive data strategy and architecture for CI/CD observability and analytics platforms. Prioritize the backlog and manage the roadmap for data-related capabilities and improvements. Requirements Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 5–10 years of experience in software development, DevOps, data management, or data engineering. 2–5 years of leadership or architecture experience in CI/CD or data domains. Proven experience creating data architecture and enabling data accessibility for users. Strong experience in product ownership, backlog management, and stakeholder communication. Strong Python and SQL skills. Experience setting up data schemas. Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack) and CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Nice to have Experience from Volvo.
