At Jimdo, we’re building the heartbeat of customer relationships for microbusinesses and solopreneurs. Our CRM will be the central hub that helps our customers attract, retain, and nurture their own customers — from the first hello to long-term loyalty.
As Product Manager for CRM, you’ll shape a product that’s intuitive enough for a time-poor business owner, yet powerful enough to drive measurable growth. You’ll bring deep CRM expertise, a strong commercial lens, and a knack for turning complex concepts into simple, high-impact experiences.
You’ll own the product end-to-end: from defining the vision and success metrics, to ensuring the CRM seamlessly integrates across Jimdo’s ecosystem — powering websites, bookings, e-commerce, and payments.
