REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT:

• Document business requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria, managing the Product Backlog for client projects.
• Conduct high-level and detailed Sprint Planning sessions in collaboration with the Development team.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

• Excellent document writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and requirements.

BUSINESS ANALYSIS EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of strong business analysis experience demonstrated in relevant industries or sectors.
• Strategic analysis and planning experience, with a focus on business case formulation and benefits realization.

SAAS EXPERIENCE:

• Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud-based software solutions.

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE:

• Familiarity with the Wealth Management industry or a related field is highly desirable.
• Experience working in the banking or wealth management sector is a strong plus.
• Understanding of insurance products is beneficial.

As a bilingual Senior Product Owner at Wealth Dynamix, you will play a crucial role in the consulting team, gathering and managing business requirements from clients while enhancing our product offerings. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded, all while facilitating effective communication between clients and our internal teams.
