Description

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital product management within custom application delivery Strong familiarity with large language models (LLMs), AI agents, prompt engineering, and their application in enterprise use cases Experience working with technical teams on GenAI, AI/ML, data, or analytics products Deep interest in emerging AI technologies and their real-world applications Proficiency in Agile or Scrum delivery practices Working knowledge of machine learning concepts and system architecture Skilled in gathering and documenting functional requirements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive alignment Experience managing go-live, knowledge transfer, and post-launch support Experience delivering digital capabilities for healthcare professionals and patients Experience working directly with Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including contributing to their development and implementation Proven ability to present to stakeholders and gain buy-in, with effective communication skills across all organizational levels Ability to work independently while proactively engaging with team members and stakeholders to align and drive solutions forward Effective management of conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence team members effectively to achieve project goals Demonstrated ability to prioritize team collaboration and actively support all team members
