About the Role We are partnering with a fast-growing international technology company building a global platform that helps organizations manage distributed teams, employment, and workforce operations across multiple countries. We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to take ownership of a core product domain and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery. This role requires strong product thinking, execution capability, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions at scale. What You’ll Do Own and drive a product domain end-to-end, from discovery and planning through implementation and release Define product requirements and translate business goals into actionable backlog items Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features Lead product discovery activities including problem definition, solution validation, and prioritization Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the platform Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term product strategy and scalability considerations Communicate product decisions, priorities, and roadmap updates to stakeholders Product leader with at least 7+ years of total professional experience, including 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working on SaaS or technology platforms Strong experience managing products in agile delivery environments Demonstrated ability to take ownership of complex product areas and deliver measurable outcomes Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills and ability to align cross-functional teams Comfortable working in fast-growing, execution-focused environments
