This role is ideal for a highly experienced product professional who will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of software products in a fast-paced, agile environment. The Senior Product Owner will manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, prioritizing features, defining requirements, and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user needs. This position offers opportunities to influence product direction, drive innovation, and shape user experiences while working in a collaborative, high-impact environment. \n Accountabilities: Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for lender compliance and dealer services products. Prioritize and manage product backlogs, stories, epics, and features to align with business goals. Define detailed product requirements, create high-fidelity designs, and ensure clarity for development teams. Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into product decisions. Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to deliver successful product launches. Mitigate roadblocks and drive delivery of sprint/release goals. Apply data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize user experience. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development, ideally within financial or automotive sectors. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with hybrid teams. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Analytical thinker with proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions. Experience managing products from ideation to launch. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product design tools. Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
