Description

We are looking a Senior Product Owner for Hyderabad location. Role Become a subject matter expert on team systems. Become knowledgeable on system integrations and dependencies. Align product goals with business objectives and customer needs. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects priorities and timelines. Work closely with engineering, design, business users to ensure cohesive execution. Collaborate with Scrum teams to plan sprints, review progress, and adjust priorities. Prioritize and refine the product backlog to ensure the team is working on the most valuable items. Define clear acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing. Engage with Leadership: Communicate product strategy and progress to executives and cross-functional leaders. Produce technical documentation and diagrams. Work with the business Product Owner to translate business requirements into technically viable solutions. Split out features / epics into sprint sized backlog items. Assist Quality Assurance team with understanding the impact of changes / new features. Make and manage technical backlog items to be consumed by the team. Define KPIs: Establish key performance indicators to measure product success. Analyze Data: Use analytics to inform decisions and iterate on product features. Required skills Experience working with agile frameworks (scrum) and tools. Ability to self-learn new technologies / systems. Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Receptive listening skills, with ability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to self-manage, take initiative and be resourceful. Ability to work both individually and in a team environment. Ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Desirable skills Good understanding of web based SPA applications. Good understanding of RestFUL API’s. Good understanding of Databases. Experience with Jira / Confluence to Make epics, user stories,and other work items. Experience with Visio / LucidChart (or similar).
