- User Stories and Epics: Craft and align user stories with the product strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Balance stakeholder perspectives and act as the team’s gatekeeper.
- Sprint Goals and Transparency: Set Sprint goals and ensure transparency.
- Customer Insights: Understand customer pain points to define requirements.
