As a Senior Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of AI and platform shared services. You will manage the product backlog, translate business requirements into actionable user stories, and ensure smooth delivery of high-impact features that serve a broad product ecosystem. Working closely with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders, you will balance priorities, resolve dependencies, and optimize product performance. Accountabilities Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI and platform shared services, ensuring alignment with business goals and product strategy. Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, manage dependencies, and drive delivery. Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure timely and high-quality feature releases. Monitor product performance using key metrics, iterate on features based on user feedback, and optimize for scalability and efficiency. Facilitate cross-team communication to ensure shared services meet the needs of multiple product lines. 6–10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern data stack components. Proven experience in Agile development processes and principles. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and negotiate backlogs with engineering and leadership. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Preferred experience delivering AI-powered features or building platform services. Certifications in Agile, Scrum Product Owner, or Pragmatic Marketing are advantageous. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Flexible remote work environment in India.
