SUMMARY

As the Senior Product Owner – Telematics Platform , you will own and drive the roadmap, development, and delivery of our telematics platform. This platform plays a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and delivering real-time data on vehicle performance, driver behavior, fuel efficiency, maintenance, and more. You’ll work closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to enhance platform functionality, improve user experience, and deliver data-driven insights that help fleet managers make smarter decisions.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science or equivalent.
Master’s degree MBA, Supply Chain, Computer Science or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, ideally with telematics, IoT, or fleet management products.
• Deep understanding of telematics technology, including GPS tracking, vehicle diagnostics, sensor integration, and data analytics.
• Proven experience leading Agile product development teams and managing complex product backlogs.
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand software architecture, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging data insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.

SKILLS

• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in telematics, such as predictive maintenance, route optimization, and driver behavior analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and telematics-related data protocols (e.g., CAN bus, OBD-II).
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, SAFe PO/PM) or telematics technology.
• Knowledge of fleet management industry challenges, regulations, and best practices.
