REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Degree and above in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Product and Process Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing Industry
• Strong Experience in Six Sigma, Product Development and Process Validation

• Drive new product launches and pilot runs, ensuring readiness for mass production
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality, and supply chain to ensure smooth product development and implementation.
• Oversee process validation, testing, and initiatives for continuous improvement
• Align technical recommendations with stakeholder requirements and business objectives
• Perform feasibility assessments and scenario analyses for upcoming product introductions
• Design and enhance products for manufacturability, performance, and regulatory compliance
• Develop and refine production processes to boost efficiency and minimize waste
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for process flows, procedures, and related materials
• Offer technical expertise and mentorship to team members
