Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Review Engineer (Level 4) to serve as team lead for the electronics production area in Heath, Ohio.
This individual will work closely with Operations, Quality, and Engineering leadership to identify risks, trouble shoot failures, train new engineers, and coordinate efforts across the product life cycle. This position will serve as the lead to ensure that support activities are executed timely and successfully, with coordinated efforts among the team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in electronics and Radio Frequency (RF) systems, Electronic Support Measures (ESM), or similar; the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; and the ability to team effectively with engineering and other business partners as part of a geographically-dispersed team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
  • 9+ years of experience with electronics, Radio Frequency systems, and production support
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing and able to travel domestically as needed (minimal)
  • Willing to cover on call shifts, including weekends and after hours as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with product troubleshooting and failure analysis

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required
