Description
Eaton’s EPG CHD EP LATAM division is currently seeking a Senior Product & Solutions Engineer. What you’ll do: Primary Function: Presentation of technical-commercial proposals to support and assist the LATAM sales team, by developing value propositions and analyzing the specifications required for the customer’s application, in alignment with departmental and organizational objectives. Essential Functions: Preparation of commercial proposals, considering manufacturing costs, transportation, regulatory requirements, and product availability based on customer needs. Preparation of commercial offers for both standard and custom products. Conduct profitability analysis of submitted proposals, in line with legal, regulatory, technical, and other applicable requirements. Deliver technical training to the sales force and/or customers. Provide technical consulting on functionality, features, requirements, etc., of the assigned product lines, either remotely or on-site. Coordinate with regional and global PLMs to ensure their involvement in processes related to assigned product lines (updates, new launches, technical information, commercial and marketing strategy, etc.). Manage the resolution of customer technical issues by coordinating with the appropriate personnel, defining the action plan, and maintaining communication with the customer together with the Sales team until the issue is confirmed as resolved. Ensure that proposed solutions comply with design, quality, corporate, regulatory, and customer standards and criteria. Qualifications: Basic qualifications: Bachelors degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing) 3 to 5 years of product Management Electrical Systems Knowledge 3 to 5 years of Experience in marketing B2B, B2C Additional Information: Travel; 25% Flexible work solutions; Hybrid All positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
