Description
Job Description Two openings: one in Beauty, one in Home At Rituals, we create products that turn everyday routines into meaningful moments. Beautiful design helps. A great fragrance helps. But if the product is not compliant, not sustainable enough, or not delivered on time… it becomes a “meaningful moment” for all the wrong reasons. We are hiring two Senior Product Specialists to strengthen the core work of our category teams: Sourcing, Sustainability, Quality and Regulatory projects (SSQR). This role is about keeping our core assortment healthy through updates and improvements. Less blue-sky brainstorming, more making sure things land in the market, correctly. If you like ownership, structure, and solving complex puzzles with many stakeholders, you’ll enjoy this role. What you will do You are the execution lead and operational owner for a product portfolio within either Beauty or Home. You translate regulatory and sustainability triggers into clear actions and drive delivery across internal teams and external manufacturing partners. Lead end-to-end product updates: from fragrance changes, packaging updates, reformulations, to regulatory changes; from briefing to implementation. Own the critical path and ensure ‘on time’ in full delivery by flagging risks early and aligning stakeholders fast. Translate new legislation, compliance requirements and sustainability targets into practical project plans and decisions. Coordinate technical changes with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging and suppliers while safeguarding the premium product experience. Safeguard product lifecycle data quality in our systems (PLCM), including specifications and bills of materials. Improve ways of working by simplifying workflows, tightening governance and reducing avoidable errors for the wider team. Communicate clearly to commercial and category stakeholders so everyone understands the why, the what and the when. Qualifications What you bring At least 3 years of experience in product operations, product development execution or project management in FMCG, beauty, home care, chemicals or a similar industry. Comfort working with technical product content and data; formulation and ingredient exposure is a plus, especially for Beauty. Understanding of the fragrance world is a plus. Strong stakeholder management skills; you can handle pushback and still keep the project moving. A structured, detail-driven way of working and the ability to manage multiple timelines without losing control. Advanced Excel skills; experience with tooling such as PLCM and project tracking tools is a plus. Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.
