WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER

• Accountable for the success of our credit card products, features and propositions in terms of delivering excellent customer outcomes, customer experience and commercial outcomes.
• Lead all aspects of in-life products, including ensuring we collect and understand customer feedback, helping on any issues and communicating our product vision and strategy.
• Share insight on our product and the market using industry data, benchmarking, market analysis, regulatory landscape and how that informs the product roadmap.
• Driving the roadmap for future product development of the Own Brands credit card offering with a focus on influencing customer payment behaviour, improving customer understanding and delivering business results.
• Business lead on the delivery of new features and propositions, from building compelling business cases, getting stakeholder buy in, testing concepts, writing requirements right through to delivery. This involves pulling together cross-functional teams to achieve goals and ensuring the launch delivers its business case
