We are looking for a results-driven Senior Product Specialist who will focus on Zscaler's Zero Trust Cloud product portfolio. Reporting to the Principal Product Specialist. You will be responsible for: Assisting GTM teams by acting as a Zero Trust Cloud (ZTC) subject matter expert Collaborating closely with Product Managers to test, refine, and evangelize new product features to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners Exploring advanced integrations to ensure successful implementation of scalable ZTC solutions Traveling and contributing to industry trade shows and conferences to share technical expertise and network Assisting marketing teams by contributing to webinars and creating impactful, educational content What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Expertise in public cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) with preferred certifications and strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including Zero Trust strategies. 6+ years of experience in cloud cybersecurity or product-focused roles, with a customer-facing focus and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Exceptional writing skills paired with hands-on experience testing technologies and implementing scalable solutions. Self-motivated, customer-focused mindset, ability to lead strategic projects, and willingness to travel for events. Familiarity with Zscaler and Zero Trust architecture is a bonus What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Customer-focused with a desire to solve problems and create value, while designing scalable and repeatable solutions.
