Job Description As the Senior Product Strategy Manager for HelloFresh ANZ, you will lead key product decisions that shape what we offer, how we grow, and how we stay ahead of customer expectations. You’ll work across teams to build a product that’s both loved by customers and grounded in strong business performance. Whether it’s refining our weekly menu, launching new formats, or improving how customers personalise their orders, this role is about making smart, data-driven moves that drive growth. This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney and reports to the Associate Director of Product Strategy You will… Lead the strategy and performance for our product and menu across Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on core metrics like order rate, customer retention, Average Order Value (AOV), and product satisfaction. Drive key product decisions and contribute to the roadmap, including new product formats, menu structure, and personalisation opportunities. Build clear commercial briefs that translate deep customer needs into tangible business opportunities. Partner closely with cross-functional teams like Culinary, Marketing, Procurement, Operations, and Tech to bring new product initiatives to life. Ensure all product decisions strike the right balance between delivering strong customer value, maintaining cost efficiency, and operational feasibility. Own core product metrics, run structured business reviews, and translate data insights into clear strategic priorities and playbooks for the wider team. Align senior stakeholders across the local and global business and provide guidance to junior team members on product strategy. You have… 7+ years of experience in high-growth commercial roles within retail, FMCG, strategy consulting, or corporate strategy. A proven history of owning and significantly impacting commercial performance metrics (e.g., retention, order rate, AOV, or P&L elements). A highly analytical mind with the confidence to work with complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights. Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to build compelling narratives and effectively influence senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in food, e-commerce, or subscription is a strong plus.
