Job Description Act as the business counterpart to Tech teams, translating commercial needs and market feedback into strategic product requirements and ensuring alignment with long-term business goals Own the positioning, messaging, and value proposition of retail media products, creating compelling narratives and enabling Sales teams with the foundation for impactful client pitches Empower Retail Media Managers through training, strategic guidance, and data-driven insights to successfully position products and drive client performance Serve as a strategic advisor to key clients by translating complex technical concepts into clear business value and developing data-backed campaign strategies to unlock growth Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Sales, and Business stakeholders to drive product adoption, commercial success, and continuous optimization Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable qualification 3+ years of experience in Retail Media, AdTech, Product Strategy, Business Development, or Consulting Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strong commercial mindset Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively Strong stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams Structured, strategic, and solution-oriented working style Fluent in English and German Additional Information Your perks at a glance: Visit our benefits page.
