POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Power Platform Administrator to lead the upgrade, governance, and troubleshooting of our Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit. This role will be equally focused on AI administration and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance, as well as Dynamics 365 CRM management and enhancement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience across Power Platform tools, including Co-Pilot Studio, Power BI, Canvas apps, and D365 CRM, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Power BI Expertise: Strong skills in creating and managing reports and dashboards.
Power Platform CoE Toolkit: Experience in upgrading and troubleshooting the toolkit.
Copilot Studio Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio for automation and development.
Canvas App Development: Skilled in building user-friendly and functional Canvas apps.
Dynamics 365 CRM: Proven experience in administering and customizing D365 CRM.
AI & M365 Copilot Governance: Familiarity with AI tools and Microsoft 365 Copilot governance practices.
Azure Services: Solid understanding of Azure Analytics and related services.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• 8 Years: Hands-on experience with customizing entities, workflows, and integrating D365 CRM with Power Platform tools
• 8 Years: Experience with troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging software applications.
• 5 Years: Strong understanding of data visualization principles, data modeling using Power BI
• 3 Years: Familiarity with Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features.
• 3 Years: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory.
