Role reports to: Plant Planning Team Leader Location: Asia Pacific, Thailand, Bangkok, Bangkok Work Location: Hybrid What you will do What will you do Senior Production and Scheduling planner are responsible and accountable for generating/ensuring a realistic plan balancing demand and supply, that state which product to supply, how much, when and where and comply with the physical constraints of the supply chain while adhering to the service and inventory targets. Generating once month in synchronization with the drumbeat a rough-cut capacity plan (RCCP) to review constraints and raise for decision making trade-off between inventory, costs and service. Key Responsibilities Develops and writes conceptual business design specifications and develops conceptual models for redesigning business processes. Stays abreast of the policies, procedures and legislation that may impact various business areas. Performs benchmark comparisons of complex business processes to external entities. Works with business and technical professionals in the analysis and assessment of a variety of business areas, such as marketing, distribution, and manufacturing. Analyzes highly complex internal and external customer needs. Leads the identification and analysis of diverse data repositories. Ensures the composure of progress and status reports, executive level briefing books and other documentation on complex subjects. Designs and maintains executive level reports in a repository of executive information. Ascertains business area readiness for change to new business processes and identifies appropriate implementation measures. Analyzes the business value of proposed changes and makes priority recommendations. Identifies, defines and researches issues of potential strategic importance. Analyzes loss and net requirements of regional marketing allocations and their impact on the sales function. What we are looking for Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred Min 3 years working experience, preferably in a production environment Proficiency with software application – Excel, SAP and planning/ scheduling tools. Has good understanding of financial flows and associated product flows. Proactive thinker, meticulous, rigorous with a problem-solving mindset. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with management In depth Supply Planning knowledge and its discipline Able to see the big pictures as well as deep dive into the details in both processes, execution and systems Able to communicate and present clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms. Able to make decisions based on data and business acumen. Able to influence at his level within the Supply Chain, Finance & other key cross functional partners, in a matrix environment and externally. Able to develop and coach teams from all cultures and geographies. Customer and business focused – determined to deliver successful outcomes in a cost-effective way.
