SUMMARY Responsible for the day-to-day production, purchase order follows up for direct import, POE and warehouse orders. Possessing strong operational foundation and production expertise to communicate with oversea offices, and with cross-functional teams. Requirements attention to details, team player and can efficiently multitask to manage workflow and timely execution of all production activities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Production Coordination Role Work closely and support the department Production Manager and Vice President by clear and strong order follow up. Issue Purchase orders when buy sheet are received, follow up on correct costs from cross functional teams. Manage CRD, be responsible for ensuring shipment is ON Time, no delays with daily follow up with Asia teams, agents and factories. Working with Production manager Negotiate and establish production schedules with agents and factories. Work with Production manager to improve communication, build cross functional relationships and work as a team player. Work with Production manager on Production follow up charts, escalations, priorities and WIP reports. Manage product transfer working closely with logistics team. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis (mandatory). ERP system experience required; NetSuite and/or PLM knowledge strongly preferred. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships. Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Proven ability to navigate large, cross-functional teams. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Textiles Home or Apparels, Product Management, Business or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in production and business operations.
