Position Summary
Identifies the production capabilities and economic potential of oil and gas wells to maximize profitability and rate of return by optimizing production. Analyzes a well’s production to appropriately design and implement artificial lift systems. Ensures that producing properties operate at a maximum economic rate and comply with governmental and contractual requirements, including accurate production reporting. Evaluates downhole and surface equipment failures and specifies the best means of repair or replacement. Evaluates and implements continuous production cost structure improvements. The position is based in Downtown Houston, TX and requires frequent travel to field locations. Hybrid work schedule is an option for remote work on Mondays and Fridays. Level and salary commensurate with experience.
