External Job Description About ADASI: ADASI is the regional leader in autonomous systems and services, focusing on designing, developing, and delivering next-generation unmanned systems that perform in complex environments, meeting the tactical needs of modern defense operations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager – Assembly to lead end-to-end final assembly operations for advanced UAV and drone platforms. The role is responsible for production planning, scheduling, quality, delivery performance, and team leadership within a high-tech aerospace manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with aerospace and defense standards, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver complex programs on time while maintaining the highest levels of quality, safety, and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline. 10–12+ years of experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing, including 5+ years leading UAV/drone final assembly operations. Strong knowledge of AS9100, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, production planning, quality systems, and aerospace regulatory requirements. Proven track record of delivering complex aerospace programs in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Skills Expert-level knowledge of drone/UAV assembly processes (airframe integration, avionics, propulsion, payloads, wiring harnesses, functional/environmental testing). Deep proficiency in aerospace quality & production standards (NADCAP, FAI/PPAP, SPC). Strong analytical & problem-solving capability with data-driven/root-cause focus. #ADASI
