Description Empire Technological Group Limited dba Aruze Gaming Global is looking to add a Senior Production Manager to our team! Las Vegas Responsibilities: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained. Develop and implement production plans, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to timelines. Monitor production processes to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure that machinery and equipment are in good working condition and that downtime is minimized. Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that products meet the required standards and specifications. Supervise and manage production staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, productivity, and continuous improvement. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that team members are well-equipped to meet their responsibilities. Identify opportunities for improving production processes, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Implement best practices in production management to optimize performance and minimize waste. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency. Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, providing insights to senior management. Document production procedures, ensuring they are followed consistently. Communicate production status and any issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Ensure that all production activities are conducted in compliance with health and safety regulations. Promote a culture of safety within the production team, ensuring that safety protocols are followed. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, addressing any potential hazards or risks. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain strong working relationships. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for raw materials and suppliers. Other duties as requested and/or assigned. Skills / Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in production and inventory management, with a track record of success in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in inventory management software and production planning tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
