What You’ll Do: Translate Master Plan strategic capacity requirements into executable production orders, MRO schedules, and manufacturing operations across Monitor/NetSuite ERP system. Convert Master Plan into production orders for new robotic set assembly, MRO repairs, field materials, R&D prototypes, and equipment upgrades Own manufacturing capacity planning for assembly, metalwork, and QC resources against Master Plan demand Coordinate spare parts inventory management with Supply Chain team Flag production bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and supply risks Coordinate and align priorities with all involved departments, such as Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Maintenance/Repairs, R&D, Field Operations 3+ years production planning in manufacturing environment (machinery, equipment or similar capital equipment) Hands-on experience with Bill of Materials (BOM), work orders, routing, and assembly line balancing Capacity modeling and constraint management - ability to identify bottlenecks and model finite resource capacity Lean Manufacturing principles understanding (flow, takt time, bottleneck theory) Direct hands-on experience with Monitor G5, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems Creating and managing production orders, inventory transactions, stock movements Ability to extract data, prepare reports, and perform analysis within ERP environment Capacity calculation and rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP) Understanding of production constraints and dependency management Problem-solving under pressure - comfortable with daily firefighting and plan changes Clear communication to translate production constraints to non-technical stakeholders Negotiation skills for capacity allocation and priority trade-offs Identify opportunities to automate current processes and leverage AI and data analytics to optimize workflows and productivity We believe great work starts with feeling valued and supported.
