Description

Your responsibilities will include: Provide strategic input and direction on manufacturing priorities to stakeholders. Manage critical master data elements, including safety stock, yields, and lead times. Analyze and communicate inventory and recovery plans as needed. Perform "what-if" scenario planning to support production strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage product lifecycle activities. Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing planning, inventory control, demand planning, or supply chain management Experience with Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Advanced Planning Systems (APS), preferably Kinaxis RapidResponse Planning experience in vertically integrated manufacturing environments APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or similar) Demonstrated success in continuous improvement and/or project management initiatives
