Description

About the role:

This is an opportunity to play a key role in keeping our Frame & Truss manufacturing network moving, connecting customer demand, production capability and delivery outcomes across multiple sites. If you enjoy solving complex operational challenges, working with a wide range of stakeholders and making decisions that have a real impact on customers and teams, this could be the role for you.

As our Senior Production Scheduler, you'll help optimise production flow across the region, working closely with operations, customer-facing teams and transport partners to ensure commitments are met safely, efficiently and reliably. You'll join a collaborative team environment where your ideas are valued, your expertise is trusted, and there's plenty of opportunity to grow your career. At Bunnings, we're all about A million ways to make an impact, and this role is a great example of that.

What's involved:

You'll be at the centre of regional production planning, helping create the best possible outcomes for our customers, teams and manufacturing operations by:

  • Coordinating and optimising production schedules across multiple Frame & Truss manufacturing sites.
  • Balancing capacity, labour availability and customer demand to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
  • Identifying constraints, risks and bottlenecks early, then working collaboratively to find practical solutions.
  • Partnering with Site Leaders, Production Managers and customer-facing teams to align production plans with operational capability.
  • Supporting transport and delivery planning to ensure customer commitments can be achieved.
  • Providing clear, accurate updates to stakeholders and helping manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Using operational data and system insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Contributing to a positive safety culture by supporting safe work practices and encouraging proactive risk management.

About You:

You're someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and thrives when balancing multiple priorities. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and take pride in delivering great outcomes for both customers and colleagues.

You'll be joining a supportive team that values collaboration, shared success and continuous improvement. Whether you're partnering with manufacturing teams, customer experience specialists or transport stakeholders, you'll approach challenges with curiosity, resilience and a solutions-focused mindset.

Most importantly, you'll bring a genuine commitment to teamwork and customer service, while embracing our culture of Inspiring you to give it a red hot go every day.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, supply chain or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, capacity planning and workflow management.
  • Experience coordinating priorities across multiple production lines, work centres or sites.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience using ERP, MRP or similar production planning systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.
