  Are you a seasoned mining leader with a passion for safety and operational excellence? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your expertise directly impacts success? We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Production Supervisor to join our team.
  Your new role

As a Senior Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee critical daily activities and contributing to our long-term strategic goals.

• You’ll lead by example, conduct advanced risk assessments, and drive incident prevention, ensuring everyone goes home safe, every day.
• Oversee complex operational requirements, optimising the use of our fleet and teams to consistently meet and exceed targets.
• Develop a team of Production Supervisors and operators, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Tackle complex operational challenges, implementing solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a large mining operation
• Current Mining Supervisor G1, G8, G9 (formerly S1, S2, S3) and G2
• Previous similar leadership experience within an open cut operation
• Knowledge of current WHS legislation and statutory requirements
• Flexible and adaptable to different working environments, with strong problem-solving skills
• Must be a team player with the ability to mentor and lead other staff
• Strong written and communication skills
• Competency using Microsoft Office Suite
