JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• 4 years experience with SQL including writing and understanding queries.
• Experience supporting a 24/7 environment.
• Experience with DevOps practices including Octopus, JIRA, Confluence or equivalent platforms.
• Scripting/automation and continuous improvement experience is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills targeted to a variety of audiences including technical and non-technical users.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, social environment, yet be able to work independently as necessary.
• Previous experience supporting line of business applications is a plus.
• Experience supporting a Windows based environment including basic server administration.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX based platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Powershell or other scripting languages is a plus.
• Patience and attention to detail is essential.
• Financial industry experience is a plus.

  Salary range for the position: [$70,000 - $150,000] Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component. • Triage and resolve tickets for supported systems and applications.
• Provide troubleshooting expertise for all aspects of an application including vendor and custom built apps.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles
• Follow established procedures for managing business risk when updating production systems.
• Create and update process automation.
• Participate in projects that enhance or upgrade Parametric systems or employee experience.
• Working as part of a team provide complete 24/7 support to the production environment including being a member of an on-call rotation
• Enhance the monitoring and oversite of applications to ensure proactive alerting where possible.
