Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Main Responsibility Lead architecture and design for SAP BW and SAC solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy. Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and integration patterns within SAP BW. Configure and manage SAC for planning, reporting, and predictive analytics use cases. Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across SAP data landscapes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Enable AI/ML integration with SAP Analytics Cloud for advanced insights. Monitor and optimize performance of BW queries and SAC dashboards. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams. Additional Responsibility Support roadmap planning for SAP data and analytics initiatives. Contribute to best practices, templates, and accelerators for SAP BW and SAC. Assist in tool evaluations and proof-of-concept implementations. Mentor junior consultants and foster knowledge sharing. Drive continuous improvement in data architecture and analytics processes. Qualifications: Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field. SAP certifications in BW/4HANA or SAC are highly desirable. Professional Experience 5–8+ years of experience in SAP BW and SAC implementations. Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-scale data solutions. Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL, and reporting in SAP BW. Experience integrating SAC with SAP and non-SAP data sources. Specialized Knowledge SAP BW/4HANA architecture, modeling, and performance optimization. SAP Analytics Cloud configuration, story building, and predictive features. Data governance and security concepts within SAP environments. Integration of SAP BW with external systems and cloud platforms. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in analytics solutions. Languages Professional proficiency in English (required). German or additional languages are advantageous.
