As part of our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance Claims team, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their recovery journey and getting them back on track. Manage moderate risk CTP claims with the support and mentorship of experienced leaders. About you You’re someone who genuinely cares about making a difference—delivering informed, empathetic, and customer-focused support with patience and professionalism. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Case Management experience in insurance claims, allied health or rehabilitation experience A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others. Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
