Responsibilities: Delivery of assigned work to a high quality in line with appropriate standards, scheduled completion dates and prioritisation. Comply with provided legislation, industry codes, company policies and procedures. Adherence to and ensuring all processing is accurate and within organisational policies, processes, and procedures as applicable to the role. Build and maintain effective partnerships with local and onshore stakeholders. Proactively assist in the identification of critical and non-critical service delivery performance issues and improvement opportunities related to tasks given. Work Experience: Necessary Work Experience includes: Some relevant work experience. Preferred Work Experience includes: Experience in BPO industry. Experience working in shifting schedules. Qualifications: Necessary Qualifications include: Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
