We are currently hiring a SENIOR PROGRAM ANALYST to provide high-level analytical and programmatic support to IT infrastructure and operations projects for a Government customer.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Program Analyst will provide high-level analytical and programmatic support to IT infrastructure and operations projects. This role involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating IT and network acquisition strategies, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture alignment, and program cost analysis. The analyst will work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and in compliance with DoD standards. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT systems, program management, and defense acquisition processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Analyze and support IT infrastructure acquisition strategies, lifecycle planning, and logistics integration
  • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and cost estimates aligned with requirements
  • Support enterprise architecture development using DoDAF and related tools
  • Provide input to service-level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and ITSM practices (ITIL®, DESMF)
  • Participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), Change Advisory Boards (CABs), and technical working groups
  • Assist in responding to Cyber Directives (e.g., IAVMs, CTOs) and support compliance with STIGs and Zero Trust principles
  • Contribute to continual improvement initiatives, including digital transformation and IT customer experience management (ITXM)
  • Support documentation development including POA&Ms, risk assessments, and technical reports

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in relation to IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, and program cost analysis
  • Strong understanding of DoD IT governance, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with ITSM tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL®, Agile, DevSecOps)
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
