Present point of view on operational metrics (performance and efficiency) based on reports and dashboards being generated.Own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes. Be responsible for ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all reports (daily, weekly, Monthly).Strong working knowledge of Excel, Power BI and basic knowledge of SQLPreparing and making reports/ presentations on operationsGood understanding of back-office operations (specifically IT operations) would be an added advantageMake sure that deliverables are delivered within timelinesManage IT hardware asset portfolio with respect to risk, cost control, governance, compliance, and performance objectivesManage a team of IT Asset AnalystsParticipation in IT/Infosec audit related activities report which will be as per audit standardsKnowledge of Pivot Table, Slicers, Chart, Text column & Lookups, Logical functions, V&H Lookup functions, IF Statements, Nested If statement, Date Formula, Index, Match, String Function. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

Support transformation initiatives in the Reporting and MIS domain and own end-to-end reporting and MIS delivery for multiple processes. Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all reports while managing a team of IT Asset Analysts.
