SAIC is seeking a Top Secret cleared Senior Program Analyst for a future program. Work will be performed on site in Bremerton, WA. The Senior Program Analyst will support the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Program. This is a unique opportunity for those passionate about advancing the U.S. Navy’s critical maintenance and operational capabilities. At the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, you will excel in a dynamic environment, supporting national security needs and contributing to advancements in digital networking technologies, disaster recovery operations, encryption, and comprehensive IT infrastructure (ITIL). Additionally, you'll play a key role in refining engineering solutions, enhancing cloud-based infrastructure services, and developing new tools and processes to further the US Navy's operational effectiveness. This position is contingent upon award, anticipated announcement in Fall 2025. Job Responsibilities: Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, serving as a liaison between project management, planning teams, and line management. Reviews project statuses and budgets using tools such as Microsoft Excel and various project management software. Manages schedules and prepares status reports, ensuring contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are met. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to achieve productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Experience in developing and managing project budgets and schedules to meet contractual requirements is essential. Proficiency in preparing Test and Implementation Plans, conducting quarterly IPR Meetings, and coordinating weekly Technical Status Meetings. Expertise in strategic planning and the ability to monitor and report performance against plans. Familiarity with implementing Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) and Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS) software, managing updates, and ensuring data integrity and security. Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and presenting findings and recommendations. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience, additional years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree - Experience in program analysis, with strong skills in data analysis, process improvement, strategic planning, program evaluation, and reporting. - Leverages data-driven insights to optimize program performance, streamline operations, and support decision-making processes. - Utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies ensures the delivery of actionable recommendations that drive organizational success.
