SAIC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Analyst to drive critical initiatives and support our mission objectives. We are looking for a motivated individual with exceptional analytical skills and a proven track record in delivering comprehensive program support. This pivotal role is based in our headquarters located in Huntsville, AL, offering a prime opportunity to influence and shape impactful projects within a leading technology and engineering firm. The Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Develop, implement, and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals Oversee the progress of multiple projects and ensuring milestones and deadlines are met Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement within programs, generating detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate and ensure the smooth execution of programs, while continuously monitoring risk factors and making necessary adjustments Serve as a liaison between various departments, teams, and external partners Ensure effective communication and collaboration, facilitating meetings and briefings, and providing regular updates on program status to all relevant parties Evaluate existing processes and procedures, recommending and implementing enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness, adopting best practices and innovative solutions to address programmatic challenges and drive continuous improvement Required Education: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years’ experience; additional four (4) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree. Required Clearance: Must possess an active Secret security clearance with the ability to maintain; US Citizenship required. Required Skills: Analytical/Problem Solving Process Improvement Communication/Interpersonal Skills Technical Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Ex Excel) Desired Skills or Required Certifications: Army Contracting Experience
