As a Senior Program Change Manager, you will lead a team of change and communication managers to deliver change initiatives across ASIC for the RegistryConnect Program. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the RegistryConnect change strategy.

• $158,578 - $178,498 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation
• 3 Year Fixed Term Contract

YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

• Leading a team to deliver change initiatives for RegistryConnect, ensuring hands-on execution
• Developing and implementing the change strategy, roadmap, and engagement model aligned with ASIC governance
• Building strong relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, and external groups to drive adoption
• Uplifting change capability using standard tools and artefacts for consistent delivery
• Assessing change impacts across people, process, technology, data, and law
• Monitoring effectiveness of change activities and identifying improvements
• Coaching and mentoring leaders and teams to navigate change effectively
