Job Description Job Summary: Tradewin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and structuring client relationships both in the US and globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, trade compliance fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing strategic accounts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the US and globally. Collaborate with the US Program Manager, Strategic Accounts, Principal, US Consulting and the Director, Global Strategic Accounts to align strategies and objectives of our Strategic Accounts program. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in US and non-US practices to ensure seamless execution of client projects. Monitor and report on the performance of strategic accounts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that arise. Coordinate meetings and communications across different time zones. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. US Licensed Customs Broker (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade compliance, with a focus on strategic accounts. Strong understanding of global business practices and cultural nuances. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
