Position Summary Odyssey Systems is recruiting to fill a Senior Program Management Support opening assisting the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems. Program description: The ISR/SOF Directorate has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for equipping ISR & SOF warfighters to dominate the battlespace. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Possess the advanced knowledge, experience, and recognized ability to be considered highly skilled in Program Management. Must work independently and be able to apply procedures. Assist with planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, analyses, studies, and procedures. Assist with configuration control and the review and data analysis using the PMRT Mar App (Program Management Resource Tool – Monthly Activity Report Application). Assist in planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, command level presentations which include, but are not limited to, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), studies, status briefings and PEO reviews. Assist with configuration control of electronic checklists through the Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT) to monitor/evaluate the directorate self-assessment programs and unit effectiveness inspection activities. Provide expertise in all aspects of the acquisition lifecycle, including pre-acquisition definition, requirements integration, program management principles, and compliance with Department of War (DoW) and Air Force regulations and guidelines. Assist in organizational data collection, evaluation, data management actions associated with monitoring the directorate’s officer performance report, Enlisted Performance Report (EPR) and military feedback programs. Assist with the procurement of systems, subsystems, and equipment, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines. Conduct program analysis, gather data, and develop recommendations to support informed decision-making. Utilize Navy/NAVAIR management tools, included but not limited to PMRT, CDRLs, e-Power, Team Connect and SharePoint. Plan, facilitate, and support meetings and offsites, including developing agendas and materials, recording action items, and ensuring room setup and security. Assist in planning, organizing, and presenting assessments of program/project management concepts, command level presentations which include, but are not limited to, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), studies, status briefings and PEO reviews. Support the generation, maintenance, and effective use of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Recommend solutions related to organizational structures, manpower requirements, utilization, and control. Support leadership with all ad hoc actions.
