ACC Electronix is looking for a customer-facing, cross-functional Program Manager that drives superior customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for managing multiple programs from initial quote through launch and into sustaining production. Achieving project milestones on time, within budget, and with uncompromising quality are critical to the success of this position.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• 8-10 years of direct experience management products from customer quote through production launch and post-launch support
• BS in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry
• Experience management complex projects or programs from initiation to completion, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in management customer relationships and understanding customer requirements in a manufacturing or engineering context
• Proven track record of fostering teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among team members

  Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
