YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Full accountability for cost, schedule and technical performance of assigned programs. Act as primary customer interface with the ability to build and nurture solid business relationships at all levels the organization. Manages and leads stakeholders to determine program objectives and execute on deliverables, progress, risk/issue management, scope and timing; works with cross-functional groups from Operations, Finance, Contracts, etc. Anticipates and actively seeks opportunities to transform the business, eliminate costs through these efforts, make solution recommendations, and provide consistent feedback on improvement opportunities related to current programs process. Responsible for identifying and coordinating resource needs within multiple departments and gathers input from various team leads and SMEs to create and validate comprehensive requirements, rollout plans and test plans for their initiatives. Take ownership of proposal activities, business plans, development of spend plans aligned to a budget and financial terms & conditions of a contract. Participate in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify program problems and obtains strategic solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Develop new business or expand the product line with the customer. Ability to establish work policies and standards of performance, generate and improve processes, and work collaboratively with a variety of functional areas.
