The Senior Program Manager leads and oversees complex supply chain projects and initiatives that drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. The Program Manager has a proven track record in supply chain management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, program management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
