This role oversees program execution across biomedical informatics, IT engineering, data science, and operational support functions. The Program Manager will ensure successful contract performance, alignment with NIH objectives, and delivery of high-quality services supporting both basic and clinical research enterprises. This opportunity supports a blended team providing PMO leadership, IT engineering and sustainment, biomedical informatics and data science, as well as policy, process, communications, and training functions. The work enables both NIH basic research and the NIH clinical research enterprise. Key Responsibilities Provide overall program leadership and contract oversight. Serve as the primary point of contact with the NIH Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Oversee task execution across biomedical informatics, IT engineering, and operational support functions. Manage staffing, performance, deliverables, timelines, and risk mitigation. Ensure compliance with federal requirements, reporting standards, and quality controls. Lead strategic planning, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Facilitate communication across stakeholders, technical teams, and NIH leadership. Qualifications 10 years Ten (10) years of progressive, successful experience managing complex projects and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related medical, scientific, or technical discipline. Experience managing federal health or biomedical IT contracts. Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams. Strong understanding of biomedical research, informatics, or data science environments preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Salary Range $120,000 - $150,000 USD
