DESCRIPTION:

  • The client is seeking a skilled Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee a critical Human Resources project within our organization.
  • The Human Resources Department plays a crucial role in managing the state government’s workforce efficiently and effectively ensuring that employees are supported engaged and able to contribute to the delivery of essential services to the residents of Pennsylvania.
  • The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for planning executing and delivering Human Resource projects on time within budget and according to specifications.
  • This role requires strong leadership communication and organizational skills as well as an understanding of SAP.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills to lead the planning design and implementation of complex IT solutions.
  • In this role you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with technical solutions while overseeing the entire project lifecycle.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels including executives project sponsors end-users and technical teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects preferably with experience in SAP reporting solutions.
  • Basic understanding of SAP system architecture and relevant SAP software solutions such as SAP ECC S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to create detailed project plans set milestones and manage schedules effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in conducting business process analysis gap analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams manage resources and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Four years of experience in leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects and a bachelor’s degree or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes four years of experience in leading IT systems development or implementation projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

  • ITIL Foundations Certification, Highly desired
  • Project Management Professionals (PMP) Certification, Highly desired
  • Leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects, Required 4 Years
  • Bachelors Degree, Required
  • SAP System Architect and SAP Software Solutions, Required 3 Years
  • SAP Data Mapping, Required 3 Years
  • Basic understanding of SAP system architecture and relevant SAP software solutions (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors), Required 3 Years
