Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager (Level M) to lead the execution of the Small Diameter Bomb Program in St. Charles, Missouri.
The selected candidate will be working with the USAF Small Diameter Bomb (SDB) Program Office out of Hill AFB. The program manager will ensure resources are provided for program execution in both rate production and development areas of the Small Diameter Bomb program. Significant interaction is expected with both domestic and international Customer communities. This position will report to the Direct Attack Director and will be responsible for the customer relationship for Small Diameter Bomb, Laser Small Diameter Bomb and all existing and new Small Diameter Bomb derivatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • More than 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Experience working on proposals for new business

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Master’s degree or higher
  • Experience in weapons and missile systems
  • Experience working with international customers
  • Experience executing Production contracts to meet delivery commitments
  • Experience leading a development program for new programs or projects

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Required

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives
