Description

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of program or project management experience in a hyper-scale data center environment. Strong familiarity with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is an advantage. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
