Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

The Senior Program Manager will oversee large-scale, complex global projects on behalf of the Global Operations department. This role involves end-to-end project management with a strong focus on strategic alignment, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. This individual will lead cross-functional teams and have a significant impact on the organization’s project portfolio, driving innovation and operational excellence.

WHAT YOU€™LL DO

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of large, complex global projects, ensuring alignment with Global Operations objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, resources, risk assessments, and quality controls.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, influencing key stakeholders, including executives and clients, to drive project success.
  • Identify and resolve high-impact project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions proactively.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Lead project governance and reporting, including preparing and presenting progress reports, performance metrics, and financial status to senior leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of project components.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function, leveraging lessons learned and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members, supporting their professional development and growth within the organization.
