Every year, monday.com hosts its global user conference “Elevate”. Elevate is monday.com’s largest event of the year, and an opportunity to bring to the stage our co-founders, builders, product leaders, and monday.com experts together with world-class keynote speakers, to share their knowledge and vision for the future of work, the company and the product. Recent editions in 2025 brought together more than 5,000 in-person attendees across New York, London, and Sydney, alongside 97,000+ online participants in 2024. We are looking for an experienced program leader with an extensive background in managing large-scale, complex tech events. This role will be critical in driving the operational planning, cross-functional coordination, and flawless execution of the entire conference program, ensuring a world-class attendee experience. This is a unique opportunity to grow what is already one of the world’s biggest tech conferences out there, and to lead and shape the program like no other. To be successful in this role you will need to be creative and reinvent the conference program, while collaborating with stakeholders across the company to lead parallel initiatives across the globe. About The Role About The Role The core function of this role is to act as the central hub for the entire Elevate program, driving operational excellence and execution across all workstreams. Serve as the primary Project and Program Manager for all event elements, driving operational planning, managing workbacks, and ensuring flawless execution across all conference tracks. Act as the production agency liaison, running weekly programming meetings, connecting all necessary departments, and facilitating stakeholder alignment (Product, Marketing, Leadership). Oversee and maintain all program systems, including process updates for monday WorkCanvas, master boards and the event website. Manage all speaker logistics through our production agency, including travel coordination, sign-up, and approving external communications from the agency to speakers. Align project execution with company goals (brand visibility, product adoption, cross-sell) and analyze operational performance metrics to optimize future strategies. Analyze session performance, optimize strategies based on data, and provide regular reports on ROI and key metrics. Requirements Requirements 4+ years of event marketing experience in a tech company, with orientation to event production. 4+ years of experience with leading cross-functional projects for global company events, including creating tech event agendas, while linking to business KPIs and aligning to the company strategy and goals. Experience in leading multiple stakeholders who collaborate on a project, including company C-suite executives. Data-driven and results-oriented individual, with an ownership mentality to lead a programming plan from start to finish. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence.
